There is also a selection of jewellery, souvenirs curios, books and gorgeous soft toys for children. The staff is on standby to take you down to our beach, to enjoy the feel of the sand beneath your feet and the ocean mist cooling you down. A relaxing stroll along a 7km stretch of private, unspoiled beach with its sweeping dunes will give you a sense of serenity, where your thoughts belong to yourself. As the name suggests, anglers can be catered for. Either by choice or by circumstance some choose not to fish from boats – therefore at Oceana we provide you with the equipment to enjoy fishing without the sound of technology and machinery. An experience where it is all about the catch at the end of a day’s fishing. At Oceana they know that living the African Dream is all about experiencing the great outdoors, smelling the fragrance of the earth as the rain falls, feeling the warmth of the sun warming ones soul and the incredible thrill of looking for animals in their natural habitat. Because they also know that each of their guests live life at a different pace, we are also able to tailor-make our game experiences, and our ranger can offer the game experience that each has always dreamed of. We view game from the vantage point of our elevated veranda, while sipping warm coffee at the crack of an African dawn, or at the colourful end of a perfect day.
