This exclusive villa, perched high up on the slopes of Signal Hill, has spectacular panoramic views. Sophisticated and luxurious, it’s designed on six levels, giving ample space and privacy to families sharing. The first level has its own living room leading out through glass doors onto a deck with a beautiful view, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, one en suite and the others sharing. Up a few steps is the games area with snooker and table tennis tables. . Level two is a dramatic, double-volume entertaining area with a central gas fireplace dividing the informal lounge at the top of the stairs and a sunken lounge below, leading out to the rim-flow pool, which you’d be hard pressed to leave with its incredible views. On the way up the next flight of stairs to the dining area and kitchen, it’s tempting to stop at the designer bar area. Up a further level is a study that overlooks the main entertaining area and pool, plus a home cinema. And right at the top of the villa, levels five and six each have an enormous suite, one with a Jacuzzi enjoying a 360° view. Parking is in a garage with direct access to an elevator and there is also a full time housekeeper.
