A curvaceous six-bedroomed villa that maximizes the spectacular views of the coastline, and one of the very few with access to a roof terrace, this spacious beach villa is a wonderfully versatile choice for families or friends sharing.
A short walk up the stairs from the garage brings you up to the garden terrace with a raised rim-flow pool that has views of the sea below and mountains behind. Two large alfresco tables: one in the garden and the other under a covered terrace with a gas barbeque and a standing gas heater, suggest that eating outdoors is the way to go in summer.
Inside, the living area is lined with fold-away glass doors for great indoor-outdoor flow. Two gas fireplaces – one in the intimate dining room and the other in the open-plan living room – add warmth on cooler evenings. The dining room is particularly pretty at night, with dozens of twinkling lights set into the ceiling. A well-equipped designer kitchen with a separate utility area is adjacent to the dining area and Villa del Capo’s resident Malawian butler is available to assist with meals, if necessary too.
